These terms cover your use of cadencecommand.com, the Cadence Command demo phone line at (973) 547-1030, and Cadence Command text messages. Cadence Command is operated by Josh Lehrman in New Jersey. By using them, you agree to these terms.
The demo line
The demo line is an AI voice agent. It is not a person. The businesses, people and numbers in the demo are fictional examples. Nothing it says is financial, legal or professional advice, and nothing in the demo is sent to anyone. Calls are processed by our service providers and may be recorded and transcribed to run and improve the demo. Calls are time-limited, and we may limit or end access at any time.
SMS terms
- Program: Cadence Command demo recap. If you say "yes" when the demo agent asks whether you'd like a text recap, we send a one-time text summarizing your demo call to the mobile number you called from.
- Frequency: One message per request. We do not send recurring or marketing messages.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. You'll get one confirmation, then no further texts.
- Help: Reply HELP, or email josh@cadencecommand.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Acceptable use
Don't use the site or demo line to harass, spam, test for security weaknesses, overload the service, or impersonate someone else.
No warranty
The site and demo are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Cadence Command is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
Client work
Paid Cadence engagements are covered by a separate written agreement, not these terms.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. If we change them, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
