Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Cadence Command ("Cadence," "we," "us") collects through cadencecommand.com, our demo phone line at (973) 547-1030, and our text messages, and how we use it. Cadence Command is operated by Josh Lehrman in New Jersey.
What we collect
- Booking form. The name, email, phone number, company, website, industry and revenue range you enter when you book a working session.
- Demo phone calls. Your phone number (caller ID), the audio of the call, and a transcript of the conversation.
- Text messages. Your mobile number, your consent to receive a message, and the content of messages we send you and that you send us, including opt-out requests.
- Basic site data. Standard technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to stop spam.
How we use it
- To respond to your booking request and follow up about Cadence services you asked about.
- To run the demo call, and to send the text you asked for during that call.
- To keep records of SMS consent and opt-outs.
- To fix problems, prevent abuse, and improve the demo.
SMS
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS consent collected for Cadence Command text messages are used only to send the messages you asked for. They are not shared with any third party or affiliate for their marketing.

Who processes your information
We use a few service providers to run the site, the phone line and messaging: Vercel (website hosting), Twilio (phone and text messages), ElevenLabs (the demo voice agent), Anthropic (the AI model behind the demo agent), Resend (email), and Cloudflare (spam protection). They process information on our behalf to provide their service. We don't sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests while we're in contact with you about Cadence. Demo call recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed to run and improve the demo. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept as long as required for compliance. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email josh@cadencecommand.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
